Why Should you Prefer Adaptive Design in Clinical Trials?

Clinical trial funding has become very expensive these days; the medical trials are not showing the effective results in spite of pouring money and extensive effort. The prolonged clinical trial process would be the standing pillar behind these impaired results of the clinical trial today. The traditional clinical trial infrastructure is nearing the breaking point and it needs to be modified says the experts. One of the feasible solutions to cut down the increasing cost and reduce the time lag of the medical trials is to choose adaptive design in the clinical trial.

To come out with an adaptive clinical trial design, it needs a modification in several aspects like staff training, trial oversight, regulatory communication and data capture, including ethics, finances, regulatory control, methodology, logistics, statistics and technology. Properly executed clinical trials gathers the efforts from everybody and gives you the valid outcomes in the shortest time and less cost.
