Working Process Of The Clinical Trial

In spite of clinical trials happening widely throughout the world, the workflow of the clinical trial is not an open book for many. All the stages of the clinical trial do not run in the same way. Clinical trial is an established process to find out if the new treatments offer better solutions to the patients over the standard ones. The success of the clinical trials states that the drug is both safe and effective as well. Clinical trial progress runs in four stages to test, dosage, safety and effectiveness of the drug.

The first stage of the clinical trial is leaped towards testing. The second stage, phase two helps in concluding the dosage, the third stage decides the safety and fourth stage of the clinical trial decides the safety.

Clinical trial includes two groups an active group that receives the experimental treatment and the controlled group that receives placebo treatment. The entire process is over examined by the official authorities to decide the scientific validity of the experimental treatment.
